Our applications (including but not limited to Koperasi Simpan Pinjam systems) are designed as Administrative Management Tools and Systems. We do NOT provide direct financial lending, credit services, or any form of cash disbursement to users.

1. What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information

The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register the Application. Registration with us is optional. However, please keep in mind that you may not be able to use some of the features offered by the Application unless you register with us.

When you register with us and use the Application, you generally provide:

  • Your name, email address, age, user name, password and other registration information.
  • Transaction-related information, such as when you make purchases or respond to any offers.
  • Information you provide us when you contact us for help.
  • Information you enter into our system when using the Application, such as contact information and management data.
Automatically Collected Information

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, and information about the way you use the Application.

2. Third Party Services & Advertising

We share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement. We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information as required by law or to trusted services providers who work on our behalf.

Ad Networks (Google AdMob):
We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may use your device's Advertising ID to show relevant ads based on your interests. This helps us keep our services free for users.

3. Survey Serving Technology (Pollfish)

This app uses Pollfish SDK. Pollfish is an on-line survey platform, through which, anyone may conduct surveys. When a user connects to this app, a specific set of user's device data and response meta-data is automatically sent to Pollfish servers. 4. Data Retention Policy

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate.

5. Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. However, please be aware that no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

6. Your Consent

By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. All activities will take place in Indonesia. If you reside outside Indonesia, your information will be transferred and processed under Indonesia privacy standards.
